How does the subscription work?

Weekly (€2.99/week) and Monthly (€6.99/month) renew automatically: the same key is extended at each payment. To stop, go to My subscription and enter your key: no further charges, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Lifetime is a one-time payment.

How do I get my key?

Right after payment, your key is shown on the next page with the download link. You also get a confirmation by e-mail. Keep your key safe.

Which PC does it run on?

Windows 10/11 with UEFN. The key activates on one PC.

Are updates included?

Yes. The app updates itself as long as your licence is active.

Payment methods?

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and PayPal (Lifetime). Rather not enter your card here? Open a ticket on our Discord to pay there directly.

Windows shows a warning when installing?

That's normal for a small independent app Microsoft doesn't know yet. Click More info, then Run anyway.

Product: digital licence of the GlyphForge software for Windows, valid on 1 PC, delivered immediately as a key after payment. Plans: weekly (€2.99/week) or monthly (€6.99/month) subscription renewing automatically, or lifetime licence (€39.99, one-time payment). Prices in euros, taxes included.

Subscription: charged at each renewal until cancelled. Cancel anytime, free of charge, on the My subscription page or by e-mail; it takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period.

Withdrawal: as the key is delivered immediately, you agree at purchase to waive the 14-day right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28). If something does not work, write to us: we fix it or refund you.

Data: your e-mail is only used to send your receipt and to find your licence if needed. Card data is handled by Stripe and never goes through our servers.
